This moderate to intense combo of yoga, Pilates, floor barre & ballet is a great conditioning class ideal for toning, stretching and cardio. 

This series includes a fun soundtrack of remixed ballet favorites and upbeat classical music.

Easy to modify combinations make this class suitable for any level, absolute beginner through advanced dancers.

Fitted, comfortable gym clothes, or a leotard and tights, with ballet slippers are suggested for this class.
