Enrollment TermsThere is a $40 annual registration fee. There is a $50 withdrawal fee to withdraw from any registered class after the start of classes in September. Registration fees are non-refundable. No withdrawals are permitted after November 1st for any student enrolled in the academic term. Tuition for closed classes is based on yearly enrollment, September through June. Yearly tuition is payable in three installments September, October and November, due on or before the first class of each month by automatic billing only. There is a $20.00 Service charge for any cards we are unable to process for monthly billing. There is a $20.00 Service charge for all checks returned unpaid by the Bank. All 1.5 hour, 1 hour, 45 minute classes and pointe classes are charged the same as the hourly rate. There are no refunds for missed lessons. The balance of the school year tuition is due according to your original payment plan regardless of class attendance. For recital participants, a costume deposit of $50 per costume is due upon registration in September. The remaining costume balance will be due on or before November 15th. Students must purchase their own tights and shoes in advance of dress rehearsal and picture day. Failure to comply with dress code and costume requirements may result in exclusion from dress rehearsal, picture day and recital. Tuition is structured for the school year calendar: holidays, closures and absences have been considered.

Purchase a Gift Certificate
There is a $35 administrative fee for requests that extend beyond the scope of typical front desk duties. This includes requests from accounting or bookkeeping for transactions; completion of volunteer, custody/legal, child-activity, school-related, tax-related forms, questionnaires or letters; parent-administrative conferences and one on one meetings; mid-year schedule change requests; etc.
This does not include letters of recommendation for college applications or donation requests for charitable 501c3 fundraisers in our community. Please note that the front desk also charges $1 per minute for late pick ups that exceed 10 minutes after dismissal. |
