A Midsummer's Eve
Auditions for the 2013 Ballet company season will take place during regularly scheduled rehearsals on January 6th. Classes in January, February and March 2012 will run in open class format. See form in studio for times.
Senior Level Company: Ages 12-17 (a guideline). Dancers must be enrolled for 3 technique classes and pointe. $250 participation fee due January 13th. Dancers must sell 10 tickets to performance. Rehearsal schedule: Rehearsals will take place on Sundays, Jan 6th- April 5th performance and dress rehearsal on Saturday, March 30th. Dress rehearsal attendance is mandatory and dancers can miss up to 2 rehearsals with advance notice. Any additional absences must be made up with private lessons at regular hourly rate. (There is no rehearsal on March 31 for Easter) Junior Level Company: Ages 9-13 (a guideline). Dancers must be enrolled for 3 technique classes. $200 participation fee is due January 13th. Dancers must sell 10 tickets to performance. Rehearsal schedule: Rehearsals will take place on Sundays, Jan 6th- April 5th performance and dress rehearsal on Saturday, March 30th. Run-through and mandatory dress rehearsal on Saturday, March 30th (Please note that this is the Saturday before Easter). January 6th – Auditions during regularly scheduled rehearsal time January 13th – Regularly scheduled rehearsals January 20th – Regularly scheduled rehearsals January 27th – Regularly scheduled rehearsals February 3rd- Regularly scheduled rehearsals February 10th -Regularly scheduled rehearsals February 17th -Regularly scheduled rehearsals February 24th – Regularly scheduled rehearsals March 3rd- Regularly scheduled rehearsals March 10th- Regularly scheduled rehearsals March 17th- Regularly scheduled rehearsals March 24th- Regularly scheduled rehearsals Saturday, March 30th – Dress Rehearsal and Run-Through at the Studio Friday, April 5th – Performance. 5pm Cast call at Brookside for 7pm Performance |
