See below approximate schedule for your child’s rehearsal time. Dancers should be prepared for pictures with full hair and make-up and complete recital costumes including the appropriate color tights and shoes. (Scroll down for list) Group and individual pictures will be taken immediately before or after their scheduled rehearsal time and will take approximately 20 minutes. If you would like to purchase a disc of photos to be printed – please complete the order form at the link above and submit payment within 1 week. Checks should be made payable to: the South Shore Entertainment Corp. Photo payments and order forms due now. You still have a limited time to place your photo orders.

Sunday May 15th, Integral Ballet 2011 Recital Information
Our End of Year Performance, “Ever After” is scheduled for Sunday, May 15th at noon at the Bellmore Movie Theatre at 222 Pettit Avenue (behind the Bellmore train station). Our last day of classes is June 25th. Summer Session begins July 11th.
Tickets are currently available at $16 per seat – general admission. All audience members over 2 years old must have their own ticket. Additionally, any younger child using a seat must have their own ticket. There is a limit to six tickets per dancer’s family until April 11th. After April 11th additional tickets may be purchased. Students entitled to 1 free ticket per September registration fees will receive their free ticket during class time the week of April 11th.
Dancers should arrive promptly at 10:45am with hair and make up done. The audience will not be permitted into the theatre until 11:30am. Parents of students ages 4 and under will be permitted in the theatre at 10:45am. The show will last approximately 1.5 hours and all audience and dancers are expected to remain for the entire program. Students age 4 and under will be allowed to sit with their families after their performance (additional tickets do not need to be purchased) and students ages 5+ will be required to wait backstage or in a reserved seating area until after bows and pictures. DVDs of the performance will be available for order for $20 per DVD.
All students except Hip Hop 3 and Tap 3 need hair in neat ballet bun. All students should wear blush, lipstick, eye shadow and mascara. Students under age 9 should not bring make up backstage. If you need assistance with your child’s hair, please let Miss Erin know ahead.
No food or drink (except closed water bottles) permitted backstage. No photo or video taping during the performance. DVDs will be available for purchase and can be ordered after the performance.
