Recital 2012: Ghost Stories
The 2012 Integral Ballet recital will be held on Sunday, May 20th at noon. Dancers will need to arrive to the Brookside School (1260 Meadowbrook Rd) promptly at 11am with hair and make up done. Please come ready to warm up. The Brookside School is located at 1260 Meadowbrook Road in Merrick.
Parents of students age 4 and under are welcome to remain in the auditorium and have ready access to the dressing rooms. We ask that parents of children age 5 and up clear the auditorium until the house opens at 11:45am. No one except performers and assigned back stage helpers are permitted in the backstage area.

Important dates:
Week of November 6th-12th: costume measurements are taken, please do not be absent from classes this week!
Tuesday, November 15th: costume balances due
Monday, March 18th: Tickets go on sale. $20 per ticket. (Each student that paid their recital participation fee gets one free ticket to the recital.)
Saturday, March 23rd: Last day to sign up as a backstage helper! Backstage helpers receive 2 additional tickets to the recital. First come, first serve.
April 2012: costumes will arrive this early this month. Be sure to pick up the appropriate color tights, hair items, stage make up and appropriate color shoes!
Sunday, April 14th: Last day to purchase booster ad for the program and make any changes to your child's name in the program.
PLEASE NOTE DATE CHANGE:
Wednesday, May 16th: Dress Rehearsal and Picture Day at the Brookside School, 4:30pm to completion. A schedule will be provided.
Sunday, May 20th: Recital! (Please note this is not the last day of classes)
